Meet the Business Owner
I have worked in the rental management and construction fields for years. Being able to help people fix or even build their desired spaces brings me great joy! My real passion is preventative maintenance which gives home and business owners peace of mind and saves them money in the process.
One of the biggest things I have seen through rental management is people have busy lives and the small preventative steps in homes and businesses get overlooked which ends up costing heavily in repairs that are for the most part avoidable. I have a skill set that can make most of those costly repairs, but what I would really love to do is help people avoid them and the cost by partnering with them in a plan to avoid them. Taking routine checks and maintenance out of their hands and into mine. Saving the customer their precious time and their hard earned money.
